Glascock Construction, Inc., Est. 1977, has built their impeccable reputation one brick at a time. For over three decades their personal mission has been to build quality homes while forging strong, lasting relationships along the way. Owner Tim Glascock is a realistic, hands-on contractor who holds himself, his work and his team up to the highest moral, ethical and professional standards. Since moving to the Lake of the Ozarks in 1987, Tim has realized his dream while making the dreams of others a reality. The Glascock team has acquired an extensive business resume which includes the development of Cayman Beach, Grand Cayman and Maple Leaf communities; and the construction of over 120 custom homes. Additional accomplishments include commercial buildings Lake Family Eye Care offices in Lake Ozark and Laurie, Missouri; Kid’s Harbor and Chapel Office Complex, and the recognizable Lake area landmarks On The Rise Bakery and Bistro, Garden Gate Assisted Living, and the Assembly of God Church in Eldon, Mo.
The construction business has been front and center to the Glascock Family for generations. Tim learned the trade from his father, Owen Glascock, and Tim’s sons, Dustin and Cole, have each completed intensive training and apprenticeships in the business. The role each son play were not assigned or chosen, they grew into their current responsibilities. Strengths and weaknesses helped to determine where each would do the most good within the company. As so many businesses around us lose focus of the individual, Glascock Construction continues to approach each project with one goal in mind: Customer Satisfaction.
